Brian Beers
CEO

Brian Beers is the Chief Executive Officer of GlobeLink Fiber and a veteran of the telecommunications industry with over 30 years of experience driving innovation and growth in network infrastructure. As the founder of multiple successful technology companies—including InterCarrier Networks, B2 Telecom, and NetGlobal Networks—Brian has a proven track record of building and scaling businesses that deliver critical connectivity solutions.

Prior to founding GlobeLink, Brian served as Vice President of Business Development at Venditio Networks, where he developed sales channels and led initiatives in Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and Carrier Ethernet. He also co-founded and managed Paradigm Telecom, overseeing its expansion and establishing it as a key player in the Houston-area telecom market.

With deep expertise in fiber optics, enterprise sales, and infrastructure strategy, Brian leads GlobeLink Fiber with a vision to deliver high-capacity, next-generation networks that power the future of AI and digital innovation.

David Ellis serves as Chief Technology Officer at GlobeLink Fiber, bringing over 20 years of telecommunications expertise to the company’s vision of building future-ready digital infrastructure. A recognized leader in dark fiber strategy and advanced network design, David oversees the technical direction and innovation behind GlobeLink’s high-capacity fiber network. His career includes senior roles at Zayo Group and Seaborn Networks, where he led large-scale infrastructure projects across terrestrial and subsea systems. David’s deep industry knowledge and engineering insight are instrumental in ensuring GlobeLink’s network meets the performance demands of AI, cloud, and next-generation applications.
